No Ross Barkley transfer even if Everton starlet shines at World Cup insists Roberto Martinez



Roberto Martinez is adamant Everton will not cash in on Ross Barkley – even if he stars for England at this summer's World Cup. Chelsea are tracking Barkley, and the Toffees could demand up to £30million for the 20-year-old midfielder.
