To me its both, but mostly Moyes, he isnt a United Manager, he never sounds like he believes in what he can do, his interviews are a prime example - he always has little sound bites, but they don't convince anyone, he always says 'were gonna try' or 'we'll make it difficult' - this isn't what United Manager's are supposed to say, it doesn't inspire confidence in the players, quite simply he has to go before he's given the reported £150m to spend (waste) in the summer.
